Greetings Everyone - As you all know, one of the missions of NEDEAN – NED Alumni of Texas is to provide educational opportunities to students of Pakistani origin, particularly NEDians or students of our alma mater, NED University of Engineering & Technology in Karachi, Pakistan. Our successful establishment of a $100K Scholarship Endowment Fund with UTD (University of Texas at Dallas) known as 'Ashraf Habibullah NED Scholarship/Fellowship' is a testament to our commitment. So far, 14 deserving Pakistani students, including NEDians from NEDUET in Karachi, have received scholarships that have helped shape their careers in the U.S.

We are now planning to expand our educational mission by increasing the Endowment Fund, and establishing a Student Exchange Program between UTD & NED, creating a 3+1 NED & UTD affiliated Graduation Program, and providing training opportunities to deserving NED graduates in Pakistan through our 6-month stipend program ('Engineer in Training').
