Summit Therapy Animals aims to enrich people's lives through the human-animal connection. We strive to provide support, education and resources to our community's therapy animal teams.  Our goal is to prepare each team to confidently and compassionately interact with children and adults to help improve their quality of life. This donation will help a lot to achieve our mission. We'll be able to : - Recruit new therapy animal teams, including sponsoring annual workshops to prepare prospective teams to become certified and registered.- Provide registered teams with supplies to successfully engage in the community, such as bookmarks for children as a reward for reading to a therapy animal team.- Pay for the lifetime membership of new Reading Education Assistance Dog (R.E.A.D.) teams.- In general, provide ongoing support, education and resources to our community's therapy animal teams.  Summit Therapy Animals is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, all donations are tax deductible.
