This donation will help the River Valley Child Advocacy Center’s mission is to provide evidence-basedinterventions and services that help children and families heal from individual traumasexperienced by child abuse. The River Valley Child Advocacy Center (RVCAC) provides Advocacy, ForensicInterviews, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Pediatric Sexual Assault Examinations tochild sexual and severe physical abuse victims and their non-offending caregivers, andprevention and education to the community. RVCAC is a member of the Child AbuseResponse Team in coordination with the Multi-Disciplinary Team, those tasked withinvestigating and prosecuting child abuse and providing services to the victims.
