In just 12 weeks of launching our organization, we have registered 170+ athletes (Football & Cheer) and we have hosted multiple community events to bring the families of the organization together.  In forming our organization, we vowed to keep our fees affordable for participating families while at that same time providing our athletes with quality custom gear. We are happy to announce we have accomplished just that and the gear will be delivered to each athlete in the coming weeks for the 2023 Fall Season.  Now it's time to get back to business and continue the work of building the organization... With the development of a new organization, there are numerous expenses that accompany its creation.  We are surrounded by so many generous families and businesses who have reached out to us about how they can help in the foundation of our organization.   For every organization is only as strong as its foundation and we want to build our foundation as strong as possible, by creating a Grassroots Campaign.   Grassroots movements and organizations use collective action from every level to effect change.  We have been blown away by the love and support that we have already experienced from families and organizations across San Antonio who want to see a change in Youth Football & Cheer and we want to become the leading organization in San Antonio. With years of combined experience in both mentorship and coaching, we will work side by side with Taft HS to develop student athletes in preparation for success on and off the field.  As a part of our Grassroots Donor Campaign, we are accepting any amount of financial contribution to our organization. The funds will be used to purchase training gear and supplies for the organization for this season and seasons to come. Our goal is to sponsor the needs of each team and each staff member/volunteer...for the time donated by each volunteer is already a gift in its own.  Our MISSION: To offer instructional football and cheer to youth ages 5-12. Our focus is on helping our youth build character, sportsmanship, self-confidence and learn responsibility and teamwork in a competitive environment while gaining a strong sense of community. Our VISION: To become a leading organization on the Northwest side of San Antonio. With years of combined experience in both mentorship and coaching, we will work side by side with Taft HS to develop student athletes in preparation for success on and off the field. Our VALUES: We will require that all participants in the organization; volunteers, athletes and their families alike treat each other with respect. We will set a standard where all volunteers within the organization operate with integrity as they are a representation of the organization. We will ensure that safety is a top priority at all times.
