The first annual Super Softball Showdown is here! Chico Housing Action Team (CHAT), Chico State Basic Needs, Home & Heart, and True North Housing Alliance will battle it out to find out who will be Chico's nonprofit softball champion on August 19th from 10am-3pm at the Chico Elks Lodge.

This will be a fun day to help raise funds for all four organizations and crown a non-profit softball champion!

About Us:

CHAT - Chico Housing Action Team (CHAT) started in 2013 with a commitment to address homelessness in Chico. We now provide over 200 residents with a place to call home across the 11 properties we own and over 80 housing units we rent. Our belief is that, with an adequate range of housing and shelter options, no one in our community should have to live without housing.

Chico State Basic Needs - The mission of Chico State Basic Needs is to improve student success and positively engage the community through the provision of healthy food, emergency grants, financial wellness education, rapid re-housing, public health and wellness programming for students experiencing food insecurity, hunger, disasters, unstable housing, homelessness and poverty.

Home & Heart - Home & Heart is an affordable housing solution that matches adults in Butte County who have a room to share with individuals in need of affordable housing. 

True North Housing Alliance - At True North Housing Alliance, we meet people where they are on their path to making a better life for themselves. We offer a spectrum of services that move people forward and out of homelessness in Butte County with compassion, dignity and accountability.
