🌟 Join us in Creating Change! 🌟Most women in our training rooms are not short of ambition. They are short of a way in.They have been excluded from formal work by the usual combination: no capital, no documentation, no network, and often a situation at home that has to be survived before anything else can be attempted. What they do have is the willingness to learn something they can sell.Skills for Change teaches a trade and then stays with the woman after the course ends. We train in tailoring, crocheting and knitting, with catering, baking and briquette production alongside. We deliver it with our partner Malaika for Women and Children, and we recruit through community organisations who know who most needs a place. Over sixty women have completed the tailoring programme. What makes this work is what happens next. A woman who finishes with a skill but no way to use it has not been helped. So Einstein Rising connects her onward to markets, to a savings group, to our wider network of around a thousand enterprises, and where she is ready, to the business support and finance that turns a skill into a livelihood.Your sponsorship pays for one woman's place on the course: her trainer's time, her materials, her machine time, and her certificate at the end. $1,000 covers one woman from start to finish. We will tell you her name, show you what she makes, and write to you when she finishes.
