<img src="https://res.cloudinary.com/hxn9dbuhd/image/upload/v1687739629/sd04ajmqnvoacae4occ8.jpg" style="width:600px;display:block;vertical-align:top;margin:5px auto;text-align:center;position:relative;max-width:100%;cursor:pointer;padding:0px 1px;user-select:none;box-sizing:inherit" />     In 2019, the Northwest Touchdown Club launched a paver campaign to raise funds for the new pressbox at the stadium.  A beautiful paver display has been "building" next to the ticket gate at the entrance of the stadium.The pressbox is complete and there is room for more great pavers.  <img src="https://res.cloudinary.com/hxn9dbuhd/image/upload/v1687739756/zhwmpqdlabuivlmyt275.png" style="position:relative;max-width:100%;cursor:pointer;padding:0px 1px;user-select:none;box-sizing:inherit" />     This project has been transferred Northwest Alumni OH, a newly formed 501C raising funds for Northwest Alumni events and the Northwest Sports Hall of Fame.  Proceeds from paver sales help to fund the Northwest Alumni Weekend and Northwest Sports Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.      Northwest TD Club is sponsoring a paver to be placed in remembrance of Rich Shiplett who passed away suddenly in February 2024.  "Rich was one our top volunteers, always working hard to make Northwest a better place.  He was an active member of the Northwest Touchdown Club and continued to be active over 15 years beyond having children at Northwest.  He was instrumental in growing the 50/50 drawings at Friday night football games to record-high giveaways.  The passion for his hard work was to raise money that would in turn be awarded to seniors for academic scholarships.  Rich was a leader and hardworking volunteer, helping to get the home and visitor bleachers replaced as well as many other projects at Northwest and in the Canal Fulton Community.  As a coach for youth basketball, baseball and volleyball, Rich had a positive impact on young adults coming up in the community.Rich’s is greatly missed by the Indian Nation -- Rich was loved by all most notably for bringing smiles, light heartedness, fun and some orneriness while “working hard” for the cause at hand.  Total cost of paver is $450, collectively all donations of any denomination will collect to have this paver placed to honor Rich's contributions to Northwest High School." <img src="https://res.cloudinary.com/hxn9dbuhd/image/upload/v1723552514/tly9b5ushtch63aq7pfp.jpg" style="width:600px;display:block;vertical-align:top;margin:5px auto;text-align:center" />
