The FMK Foundation is a Utah based nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing mental health. We believe that with your support, we can make a significant impact on the lives of aspiring youth athletes in our community. I am on a mission to offer youth events for athletes 14+ mental performance coaching. My goal is to offer these events weekly for the remainder of 2023 going forward with your support. I would love to do more if possible!  The connection between mental performance and athletic success is undeniable.
