We’re a group of Boston area theatre artists and scientists who’ve organized to kindle action on the climate crisis – and we are appealing to you to help support our premiere program. The Climate Crisis Cabaret: The Warm Up (the first of what we hope will be a series) will take place on March 24 & 25, 2025, at 7 p.m. at the beautiful new Arrow Street Arts performance space in Harvard Square. Our program will be an invigorating mix of theatre, dance, comedy, song, and readings that tap into the deep and complex emotions stirred by the climate crisis. The performance will be followed by a post-show conversation involving audience, performers, scientists, and activists. We hope the CCC will encourage more climate crisis programming among our theaters, and inspire our community to take action. We are volunteering our time and labor to organize the CCC. We’ve been fortunate to receive a generous offer of in-kind theatrical production services, and we’ve won a small grant from the Puffin Foundation, along with a matching grant from a generous private donor. But we need additional funds to pay production costs and fees.  We’d be tremendously grateful for your support in launching this important project. Any amount is warmly welcome – no donation is too small! All donations will be gratefully acknowledged, and one hundred percent of any funds raised will be used to pay essential production costs.  Your contribution is tax-deductible.  Our fiscal sponsor, Global Narratives, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) organization.
