Fat Artist Network will be a space where fat artists can flourish! To break down some goals:Short term goals:Within 3 months: Apply for 501c(3) status. Launch the website to the public with established content, resources, and directory.Within 9 months: Have 100 members in the directory. Continue to develop the website based on feedback from the community. Have merchandise (shirts, pins, stickers, prints, ect.) so that there can be a way to have income for Fat Artist Network to sustain itself. Long term goals:Within 2 years: Have 200 members in the directory. Establish regular community events such as online sales, community panels, workshops, or virtual artist events. Have monthly community meetings where we can connect/ chat.Within 5 years: Have 500 members in the directory. Continue events listed in the previous goal. Establish a convention for fat artists- have different panels and events throughout the convention, have a curated exhibition, as well as accept proposals for exhibitions/panels for the convention.
