  4. Start writing and sending love notes. You can do this in your own time and space, whenever inspiration strikes. 
  5. How to Write A Note:
  6. Opt for index cards or 3x3 postcards instead of sticky notes for a sturdier and more durable writing surface, minimizing floppiness and preventing easy crumpling.
  7. Be Positive- Choose uplifting words or phrases. For instance, "You are awesome!", "You shine bright!", and "Believe in yourself".
  8. Short & Sweet- Keep it concise. A sentence or two is perfect!
