Thank you for your donation to the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation (PACCF) in support of the Women's Experience program.  This incredible 10-month leadership cohort program equips women leaders with professional skills that help them "achieve more, do more, and earn more!" 

Why is this important?  According to a study by McKinsey & Company, companies with a higher representation of women in executive positions are 21% more likely to experience above-average profitability compared to companies with lower representation. A report by Catalyst found that Fortune 500 companies with the highest representation of women on their boards outperformed those with lower representation, by a significant margin, with a 66% higher return on invested capital. The Peterson Institute for International Economics conducted a global survey of more than 21,000 firms and found that having women in top management positions is associated with a 15% increase in profitability.

Bottom line, investing in women in our businesses is good for the economy and good for Parker.

Unlike other leadership programs that require a hefty upfront fee – often excluding many small business owners and individuals whose companies cannot or will not pay for their professional development – the Women's Experience is free. However, each participant agrees to raise $1,000 apiece over the course of the year to sponsor a woman in the following year's class.  By donating here, you are helping a participant reach that goal.
