PEP Foundation, a non-profit organization, will educate the public through different media forums about the presumption of innocence, the role and unlimited power of prosecutors, and about both ethical and unethical prosecutors.  PEP Foundation will pursue connecting organizations and individuals to build a nationwide coalition to support this positive reform. 

PEP Foundation will advocate rule changes for increased transparency and review prosecutorial misconduct incidents and report unethical prosecutors to the relevant attorney regulation administrative body.  PEP Foundation will use the funds to support the social media education efforts, the highly experienced criminal defense lawyer who will lead the advocacy while working with distinguished board of advisors to further the mission, and to hire a Chief Operating Officer  

PEP Foundation filed 501(c)(3) status and is awaiting IRS determination , so it's likely your 2024 donation will be tax deductible in 2024.
