The homes were our two most energy efficient builds to date coming in at a Home Energy Rating of -46 and -51, which means that they will give back to the electric grid and have minimal-to-no electric bill. We have been busy picking up donated/discounted ramps and installing them on the homes of those who need help with accessibility but cannot afford a handicap ramp.
