Help bring Rex to life. Help more kids explore, discover, and shine. Rex the Firefly represents the idea that kids deserve opportunities to try new things like sports, music, art, theater, innovation, academics, and more. He encourages children to be curious, take a chance on something unfamiliar, discover talents they may not know they have, and feel proud of who they are along the way. Rex’s message is simple: You do not have to already know what you are good at. You just have to be willing to explore. Your support helps us bring Rex into the community through events, school visits, youth programs, educational outreach, and future books and activities that inspire children to build confidence, discover their gifts, and find the courage to try. When you adopt Rex, you become one of Rex’s Sparklers—the people and businesses helping him carry that message to more kids. Help bring Rex to life and give more children the gift of discovering what makes them shine.
