We are Rods, Reels & Heroes Foundation is a nonprofit 501(c)(3). We are dedicated to the physical and emotional rehabilitation of our active, retired, and disabled military warriors and first responders by providing a shared offshore fishing experience and associated activities, to include education and other outings at no cost. This isn’t just about fishing, we are also offering them and opportunity to relax and de-stress from daily life, and to form new bonds with brothers in arms among a friendly fishing community.

Medical research studies have shown that Fishing has mental health benefits; being in nature can improve your mood and also has positive long-term effects on depression and memory. 

This is a much healthier way to help our fellow Heroes instead of just pills and medication.
