PROJECT: BRIDGE THE GAPFor many people experiencing homelessness, the gap between wanting to rebuild their life and actually having the stability to do it can feel impossible to cross.Project: Bridge the Gap is an Almost Home Outreach Foundation initiative designed to help carefully selected participants move from homelessness toward employment and stable housing.We&rsquo;ll work one-on-one with participants to provide resume and interview assistance, job placement support, transportation and employment resources, followed by up to two weeks of temporary hotel housing once employment is secured. During that time, we&rsquo;ll help connect participants with transitional housing and other resources so they can continue moving forward independently.Our first $5,000 goal will help us launch the program and begin serving our first participants.We aren&#39;t just meeting needs for today.
