As part of our ongoing commitment through Roseville Cares, our team recently met with Roseville Area Schools leadership to explore how we can best support our local schools. During our meeting, the new principal at Harambee Elementary shared a critical, immediate need: funding for two new sensory classrooms designed specifically for incoming special-needs kindergarten students, as well as an ongoing need for all students.These specialized learning environments are essential for helping young children regulate, focus, and thrive in their first year of school. The district needs the kindergarten classrooms fully equipped and ready for the start of the school year in September, making our immediate support vital.We have received a $5,000 anonymous gift to address the total need of $11,589.40 to initiate this process. At Roseville Area Optimists Foundation, we know that change starts with people like you. Every act of kindness, every dollar, and every moment of your time brings us closer to achieving our mission.
