The mission of the Raleigh Junior Rollers (RJR) is to nurture bold self-confidence in young people by developing teamwork and athletic ability while treasuring individuality within a culture of encouragement, and service to others, through opportunities to train and compete as a roller derby team. Our year round program supports all players ages 8-17 at every level of gameplay, from beginning skater to full contact roller derby player. With the help of North Carolina businesses and residents, RJR will be able to increase access to our program by:✔ Keeping the cost of participation low and offering dues forgiveness for those that may need it.✔ Expanding our gear library for new and/or growing players which contains items such as skates, helmets, pads, wheels, and tools.✔ Offering more rink time and game play opportunities for all of our levels of players RJR is a Raleigh, NC based 501c3. We are currently only able to solicit donations in the state of North Carolina.
