Many have reached out asking how they can help our FC Atlas Wichita players & families after the tragedy at Stryker Sports Complex... while many are still processing all of this, taking things day by day, we are so very grateful for all who have reached out. What should have been a day filled with soccer, laughter, & fun memories became a haunting day that none of us will ever forget. At FC Atlas Wichita, we believe soccer is more than just a game. It's about family, community, and standing together when it matters most. Our hearts remain with everyone affected. FC Atlas Wichita is working closely with the McPherson County Community Foundation to help provide access to counseling services and emotional support for our FC Atlas Wichita players and families impacted by this tragedy. We understand that everyone processes traumatic experiences differently, and healing looks different for each individual. Just remember, that it is ok to not be ok & support may look different for everyone. We want our families to know that they are not alone and that support is available. While counseling and emotional support are an important part of the healing process, we also recognize that our families may face other unexpected needs and challenges in the days, weeks, and months ahead. That is why we have created this fundraiser. Funds raised through this campaign will go toward providing additional assistance to FC Atlas Wichita players and families impacted by Saturday's tragedy, beyond the counseling services being coordinated through the McPherson County Community Foundation. Whether it's helping with unexpected expenses, providing resources, or easing some of the burdens our families may face, our goal is simple: to be there for one another when it matters most. Every donation, no matter the amount, is an opportunity to remind our families that they are surrounded by a community that cares. We cannot change what happened, but we can come together to offer compassion, strength, and support as our families as we navigate the road ahead. More Than a Club. More Than a Game. We Are Family. ❤️🖤⚽ From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for standing with our FC Atlas Wichita families during this incredibly difficult time. With heartfelt gratitude,FC Atlas Wichita
