Through our Strive House, a six-bed transitional reentry housing program in Santa Maria, we provide a stable, supportive home rooted in a housing-first model with wraparound services including life skills, financial literacy, employment readiness, mentorship, and personal development. We also working on bringing our work directly into the community through two original curricula — The Grind, a twelve-session reflection program for gang-impacted youth, and The Strive Workbook, a reentry life skills curriculum for adults. Both were built from lived experience, for people who know what it means to come from the struggle and choose something different. Our mission is simple. We meet people where they are, walk alongside them as they grow, and help them discover that their past does not define their future."Incarceration Should Not Be an Inspiration" — FIST and STAR Generation
