Dear Friends and Family, As a Teaching Partner with Paul to Timothy, I have committed to raising $1000/ month for small church pastor development.<ul><li style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;width:100%;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">Small church pastors will come to the Paul to Timothy home for training at no cost to them.</li><li style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;width:100%;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">Many international pastors will be trained as Mentor Directors, joining the trainings via Google Meet. We will occasionally need to travel to their countries for in-person trainings.</li><li style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;width:100%;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">Mentor Directors will be trained to support the growing number of pastors request mentoring. (We are growing by 73 additional pastors and ministry leaders each month.)</li><li style="margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;width:100%;line-height:1.5;box-sizing:inherit;color:rgb(0, 0, 0)">Master's degree students will gather for a week of specialized Paul to Timothy training related to their coursework at least 5 times during their program. These are all being trained to serve as Mentor Directors for small church pastors.</li></ul>We have a constantly growing need for additional Mentor Directors! Please join me in this adventure of faith!
