Roughly 1 in 4 people in Scotland face a mental health problem in any given year, and the psychological toll of migration &mdash; culture shock, identity adjustment, and homesickness &mdash; can compound that need well after the move itself. A shared language doesn&#39;t erase that isolation, and in the US, quality counseling is often financially out of reach for those already rebuilding their lives from scratch.That&#39;s where we come in. Our counselors and coaches understand the specific cultural context our clients carry with them, not just the clinical picture, and every session is provided completely free to the client.
