$100,000 for the next chapter of ILE Young people don't fall through the cracks all at once. More often, it's the accumulation of gaps over time—relational, educational, systemic, historical, racial, safety, resource, and service gaps—that creates barriers along the way. Individually, each gap presents a challenge; together, they can become overwhelming obstacles that are difficult for individuals and families to navigate and overcome. This campaign will help ILE strengthen the bridges and safety nets surrounding youth and families in the Little Earth community. We want to intervene early, catch people when they are struggling, and continue seeking out those who have already fallen through the cracks—building relationships and finding the resources and opportunities they need to move forward. This campaign will fund key ILE staffing initiatives, restart our ILE Afterschool, further build our youth and young adult leadership and life-skills programming, and launch our Safe Pathways Initiative. With all of that said, this campaign is not just about programs, but shared life. We believe people are not projects and that lasting transformation comes through Jesus. Our role is to show up consistently, build authentic high-trust relationships, create safety nets, and build bridges—so that more people in the Little Earth community have the opportunity to be safe, seen, known, loved, supported, and connected to a future filled with hope and purpose. Help us raise $100,000 to build the bridge for the next generation in the Little Earth community.
