Nutrient Miles exists to help young men recognize what nourishes them, reject what harms them, and move through life at a sustainable pace. Through movement, reflection, and meaningful conversation, we equip young people with practical tools for emotional wellness, healthy decision-making, and resilience.Every mile becomes a metaphor for life. Why This Matters? Today&#39;s young people are growing up in a world filled with constant noise, pressure, and unhealthy influences. Many are taught how to succeed academically, but few are taught how to recognize what is emotionally healthy, recover from setbacks, or build sustainable habits for life.Nutrient Miles was created to change that. Our workshops combine running, movement, storytelling, and guided reflection to help participants develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and healthier ways of navigating life&#39;s challenges. Your Impact:&nbsp; $25Provides journals, reflection materials, and program supplies for one participant. $50Supports one week of curriculum materials for a participant. $100Helps fund movement-based activities and wellness experiences for a small group. $250Sponsors a participant through an entire Nutrient Miles program. $500+Expands programming into more schools and community organizations.
