🌟 Peer-led Recovery Support Right Here at Home 🌟 Come As You Are Recovery (CAYA) is a brand-new non-profit organization in Camden County, GA. We are led by passionate peers in recovery with a mission to create a safe space for people to belong and thrive in recovery, right here at home. We want to take the pressure off of families, EMS, emergency response services, and the hospital by doing what peers do best- supporting our peers at ANY stage of substance use disorder and recovery without judgement.&nbsp; Initially we will be:🤍offering transportation to detox, treatment, and sober living, etc.🤍providing boots-on-the-ground outreach to areas where substance use is prevalent🤍distributing Narcan and other harm reduction supplies🤍offering Narcan Trainings (overdose reversal training) to the community🤍offering education about substance use, harm reduction, and substance use prevention Our future plans include:🤍offering meetings including SMART Recovery, AA &amp; NA, All Recovery, and more🤍holding community events to celebrate recovery🤍providing entry fees for sober living homes and treatment facilities🤍providing start-up fees for Medication Assisted Treatment programs🤍and much, much more, we are guided by the needs of the community How you can help power our mission:<ol fr-original-style="" style="width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Donate: Grants work on reimbursement, so we need start-up funds!</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Share: Share our campaign with your friends, family, and on social media.
