Our Athletic Program provides free martial arts and fitness training to youth year-round, creating a safe, inclusive community where young people build physical strength, focus, and resilience. Each year, more than 1,200 youth and adults train at Level Ground &mdash; learning discipline on the mat and finding belonging beyond it. Our Student Trainer Program takes that impact even further. Each year, 50 Boston teens&nbsp;fromDorchester, Roxbury, and Mattapan train to become certified fitness professionals and managers. Student Trainers earn nationally recognized credentials, receive paid leadership training, and lead free martial arts classes that give back directly to their communities.
