The Building Futures Foundation was created in 2026 by the New River Valley Home Builders Association to help close that gap by bringing more workers into the construction industry through scholarships, classroom grants, training support, and career awareness programs. Within the last year alone the NRVHBA invested over $24,000 in local schools and students and engaged more than 1,000 young people.
