Join us for some self-care time that pays it forward.  Kindness Bank has created it's 2nd Dane County Kind Community Kindness Benefit. The theme is 'Connect With Self Experience'.  We are going to have 30 min of gentle yoga and 30 min of guided meditation.  The goal is to foster self-care while helping our community.  The proceeds will be split between 2 area non-profits serving our community. Both Kindness Bank and Felicia's Donation Closet create programs and services to help support the community to help lead a healthier and happier life. Kindness Bank will be using proceeds to help develop and roll out Dane County Kind hubs throughout Dane County focused on health & well-being topics, resources and support.
