The mission of the Williamsport Vision Team is to mentor students and young adults for career life experiences by promoting a passion for learning and developing skills for their vocational future. Our current initiative is Project Future.

The program’s purpose is to build mentoring relationships with community students so that they may unlock their future by developing career-life paths. 

Your contribution will be used to help students to:

● Become aware of career potential through investigation, and real life experiences.

● Develop work readiness skills and knowledge.

● Introduce students to financial literacy and entrepreneurship opportunities.

● Learn a practical approach to start a business.

● Understand business objectives, such as money management, products, and services,

● Recognize local markets through investigation and experience

● Attend community business men’s presentations.

● Understand the role of money and everyday life

● Think like entrepreneurs and identify small businesses, which can be started.

● Examine basic steps of starting in a business to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of borrowing money.

● Learn about local businesses through investigation, and by touring their facilities.
