We'll be able to : Save the Cupola by restoring the Empire State Winery Cupola and placing it where it can be viewed by all along the Keuka Outlet in Penn Yan, NY.  The Keuka Outlet location is accessible to all and provides great visibility from Keuka Lake, surrounding parks, and the Keuka Outlet trails. Ultimately, we want to preserve this historic icon of Yates' past - linking our past to our future. We envision wayfaring signs with historical information, displays inside the Cupola for viewing, and education programs for our area school children. We believe that the careful restoration of the Cupola will respect our past, enhancing the waterways and our natural resources. Our goal is that this will be a project that enhances our community and instills a sense of pride in all parts of our greater Yates County community that will stand for generations to come.
