Stockton,For more than twenty years, the lot at 437 E Miner Avenue has sat empty. It used to be a gas station, and then it just… sat there. Investors held onto it, waiting for some “big development” that never came. Like so many other properties in our city, it was left behind.We bought this lot not to flip it or make a profit — but to put it back in the hands of community. This space is for us. For Stockton.Our VisionThis 15,000-square-foot lot can be so much more than cracked pavement.
