On September 2nd, Frost Fund is transporting close to 20 cats from the overcrowded Riverside shelters to Boulder Humane Society in Colorado, where they will have the opportunity to decompress, receive care, and find loving forever homes very quickly.&nbsp; The entire trip will cost approximately $3,000 &mdash; or about $150 per cat.
