For the past 10 years, Cia Siab, Inc. has built programs to meet the evolving needs of the Hmoob community&mdash;advocating with and for Hmoob people, establishing a housing program to address the critical lack of housing infrastructure for victims and survivors, expanding our civic engagement program to reach Hmoob voters, and confronting bigotry and racism while pushing for equitable resource distribution. We&#39;ve created educational spaces and programs for youth, Elders, and community members who would otherwise have nowhere safe to turn. This campaign looks ahead to the next decade of needs within the Hmoob community. Over the next decade, Cia Siab, Inc. will expand our programming to meet these needs head-on by: deepening our advocacy work and creating new pathways for youth leadership and Elder support and strengthening our support services such as housing, victim services, community empowerment, etc. A larger, dedicated space will allow us to serve more families, host more programs simultaneously, and build the kind of lasting infrastructure our community deserves &mdash; not just to respond to crisis, but to cultivate long-term stability and growth. At the core is the revitalization of our language and culture. Cia Siab, is dedicated to securing the survival our language and culture.
