The Shirley Friendship Fund (a 501c3) has provided holiday assistance to members of our community for 41 years. Each child on our list also receives warm clothing such as coats, gloves, hats, boots, and new pajamas valued at over $150.00.Toys are donated by way of our Giving Tree program facilitated by the Shirley Friendship Fund and supported by our community partners. We are supported by the Shirley PD through the "Fill a Cruiser" program, and fresh fruit and vegetables provided by the Shirley FD. Through this program last year we were able to help 65 Families in our community at a value of over $25,000!!! We depend on the contributions of many individuals as well as our local business community to make this happen. If you can help with a donation, or if you'd prefer to provide some of the specific items that help our families and seniors, it would be greatly appreciated.
