&nbsp;When the Concord Community Center opens in October 2025, the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District (NCPRD) will open the Center to the public and offer drop-in programs without charge, Monday through Friday mornings, 9 am -1 pm. Fee-based recreational programs will be scheduled for the afternoons and evenings.&nbsp;Due to a shortfall, the NCPRD can only fund the drop-in program through June of 2026.
