Support Local Artists And Creative Transformation In Our City! Hive Mind Studios is a multidisciplinary creative hub, opened in Dove Springs in October 2025. It has grown into a platform connecting different communities and hosting various collectives to help grow their reach. The mission is to create opportunities for artistic expression, expanding education, connection and growth. The Vision: We're in the process of uplifting the neighborhood in Southeast Austin, with the intention to completely change the environment and feel of the area. With the spaces we have and with the help of our local schools and surrounding community, we see how our offerings can host many opportunities for artistic outreach and involvement. We want to express a deep gratitude to everyone that has taken part in this vision so far and invite anyone curious to join our cause as well. We're opening the Create Art Car Wash Mural Festival on October 24th, inviting the artists to paint on the 13 walls of a working Carwash turning it into a Public Outdoor Gallery. The goal is simple. Street art and murals deserve the same recognition as the work hanging in galleries. Art is a universal language, and we want to give it room to speak for what matters to us as people, families, communities, and a city. Your Support Matters! We’re inviting you to participate in fundraising for the artists! By the end of the Fundraising Campaign these donations will be used the cover the cost of materials and split between the muralists to pay them for their work. Since it is our first mural festival, we are putting everything we have into it. Opening a creative space less than a year ago, connecting with the artists and other creative spaces in Austin, we have realized how challenging it is to be a full-time artist and to sustain such spaces around the city. Each wall comes with a stipend for a local artist, and we are gathering all the support for the artists involved by the end of the festival. We want to bring awareness to the fact that artists need to be respected for their work and paid accordingly. Any additional funding will be used to support future public art projects. Local businesses as well as the City of Austin need to support artists, who are using their abilities to be the driving creative force developing the City's artistic and cultural identity. Help support these artists by donating today! Thank you for your interest and support in this mission!Respectfully,Hive Mind Studios & Create Art Carwash
