Empower Me Academy (EMA) was built to develop the leaders of tomorrow. The Empowerment program is an intentionally-designed ecosystem that is highly effective in advancing young people’s technical basketball skills, passion, leadership caliber, and life skills.

Leadership opportunities are available to all EMA students regardless of strength, stature, race, or gender.

While many basketball trainers are searching for the next Kevin Durant, EMA’s goal is to develop the next Barack Obama. While many of EMA’s students are team captains, they are just as likely to be class presidents.

EMA believes that leadership and teamwork transcend sports. They are lifetime skills that serve well regardless of career path or position. There are few jobs or opportunities that do not require the combined efforts of teams. Whether you are a power forward or a CEO, leadership serves a greater purpose.
