While diversity has been part of workplace discussion for decades, The Diversity Consortium of Tompkins County (DCTC) in Ithaca, NY was the first of its kind in Tompkins County. Since its inception in 1999, DCTC has been volunteer run and remains the only organization in the County whose sole focus is addressing diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, belonging and justice in the workplace to this day. DCTC has been at the forefront of these necessary conversations via community meetings and the well-known Biennial “Roundtable” event. We have much to celebrate after over 25 years of service! There is still much work to do and DCTC is committed to continuing to move the gauge forward. If you are passionate about advancing DEI initiatives, we invite you to review our attached sponsorship form and sponsor at the level that feels most in line with your commitment to DEIJAB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, Accessibility and Belonging). Together, let's confront the backlash and take action to create a more equitable and inclusive future. Please reach out to roundtablechair@diversityconsortium.org with any questions.
