The AAPI Club is proud to launch its fundraising anthology, "Have You Eaten Yet?" This 28-page collection of food stories beautifully illustrates the deep cultural connections between food, history, and the experiences of our AAPI community. <a href="https://pix11.com/video/nyc-students-create-magazine-to-celebrate-aapi-heritage/10746709" style="text-decoration-color:initial;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit" target="_blank">PIX 11</a> did a piece on the AAPI club, and the segment includes a sneak peek of the magazine. Proceeds will support Yu & Me Books, NYC's only Asian-owned bookstore dedicated to elevating AAPI voices.
