Solemn Pride Inc&nbsp;caisson horse, O&#39;Reilly, recently had surgery for chronic sinus infection that threatens his comfort and serviceability for veterans and their families. &nbsp;Veterinary surgeons drilled a lavage flush by drilling into O&rsquo;Reilly&rsquo;s sinus cavity. &nbsp; He requires another week of constant vetrinarian observation with multiple sinus flushing.
