Church of the Open Door is seeking funds to complete our Sacred Settlement, a community of 12 tiny homes and a shared community space designed to combat chronic homelessness. With nine homes already built and site development well underway, your support will help bring this vision to completion. What makes this initiative unique is that residents can live in the homes as long as they desire while living alongside intentional neighbors. These neighbors, along with supportive friends, provide transportation, purposeful work, food and clothing opportunities, and relational support&mdash;all helping foster lasting connections through meaningful relationships. The primary focus of the settlement is restoring the mental and physical health of residents through an authentic community rooted in love, support, belonging, and connection.
