🌱 Help Us Grow TLC Farm&nbsp; TLC Farm (Tommy Lee Cook Farm, Inc.) is a community-based nonprofit in Newnan, Georgia, providing individualized, hands-on support for people who are too often overlooked &mdash; individuals with developmental disabilities and special needs, as well as those navigating medical conditions, mental health challenges, recovery, or life after incarceration. What we&#39;re raising funds for right now: 🛤️ Mobility access paths &mdash; building accessible pathways throughout the farm so every participant and visitor can fully experience and take part in farm life, regardless of mobility needs. 🤝 1:1 community outings &mdash; funding individualized experiences of each participant&#39;s choice, from assistance with errands and appointments to new adventures that build independence, confidence, and connection. 🐐 Improved animal enclosures &mdash; upgrading our animal spaces for a safer, calmer, more harmonious experience for both the animals and the people who visit and care for them.
