In 2025 we sent a team of military veterans into Burma todocument a conflict most people have never heard of. We cameback with a film.&nbsp;We also spent our time there training people who live insideit. We did not hand out equipment. They already had camerasand phones. What they did not have was somebody to show themhow to hold focus, where to put a microphone, or how to builda sequence that holds together. That matters more thananything we filmed ourselves, because we leave and they donot.&nbsp;That is the work. We train aspiring filmmakers andstorytellers through hands-on instruction in the field,alongside experienced crew on real productions. Then werelease what we finish free to the public.&nbsp;It costs money before a single frame reaches anyone. Travel,insurance, media, transcription, captioning, archiving, andthe trainee days themselves.&nbsp;$100 puts one trainee on a production day in the field.
