A projector in the foreground beams a vibrant image of a heron in a marsh at sunset onto a large screen, with rows of empty seats in the background.

KCC is raising funds to purchase a new photographic projector and colorimeter. Our current projector came to the club as a gift in 2011. It has served us well, but it no longer does justice to the work our members bring in. This equipment will improve the brightness, color accuracy, tonal detail, consistency, and reliability of the images displayed during Photo Challenges, competitions, and educational presentations. As a thank-you, members who contribute will receive a credit toward their next membership renewal equal to 20% of their contribution. For example, a $100 contribution will earn a $20 renewal credit. Renewal credits are nontransferable, have no cash value, and must be applied to the member’s next membership renewal. The maximum credit will be limited to 50% of the member’s applicable annual dues.
