I wan to to help brig education, happiness and goodwill to people with all abilities Winter bifida is one of my favorite events. More than 300 children, adults and families from San Diego/Tijuana region come together for entertainment, food and holiday activities. WE NEED YOUR HELP!We are raising money and asking businesses, families and friends to help make this year&#39;s event possible.
