Poncho has spent his days helping people. Now he needs us to help him.❤️ Poncho is a beloved therapeutic riding horse in his 20's who has been part of the Destiny’s Ride family for the past year and a half. He came to us with a cough. Over the past two weeks, that cough became much worse, his discomfort increased. Our veterinarian performed an endoscopic examination and discovered a blockage affecting Poncho’s airway. We don't know yet exactly what is causing it, but a growth is suspected. Poncho is receiving medical treatment now to shrink the blockage and keep him comfortable. He will undergo further diagnostics to determine what comes next. If indicated, he may need a specialized standing laser surgery to address the obstruction. His veterinary bill is already $2,000. We are raising $5,000 to help ensure that Poncho can receive the diagnostics, treatment, and care he needs. Poncho has spent his life giving to others. As a therapeutic riding horse, he has helped bring connection, confidence, comfort, and joy to the people he serves. Now it’s our turn to be there for him. Will you help us give Poncho a chance to breathe easier?Every donation brings us closer to the care he needs. And if you can't donate, sharing Poncho's story can help us reach someone who can. Help us give back to a horse who has given so much. ❤️Goal: $5,000
