Two smiling students stand in the foreground against a light blue background with small decorative shapes.

When life at home falls apart, a young person’s plans are usually the first thing to slip. A divorce. A serious illness. A lost job. A death in the family. Nobody means for it to happen, but when a family is in crisis, there is no time, no money and no one left to figure out how a kid gets to summer camp, how a teenager gets to college, or how a young adult finishes the certificate that leads to a better job. Continue Forward steps into that gap for Michigan families. We help children, teens and young adults find the grants and scholarships that carry them through hard times. Most families don’t know where to look. Many of these awards are small, local and easy to miss, with quiet deadlines and pages of fine print. We do the searching, the matching and the paperwork, and we walk beside the family until every application is submitted. Along the way we connect young people with tutoring, online certification courses and job training, so a hard season doesn’t become a lost future.Your gift makes the middle of the story possible. It pays for the people and the time it takes to find these awards, match them to a specific young person, and win them for families who could never do it on their own. Every family we help is one more kid who gets to keep going. Continue Forward was founded by Linda Klein and serves families across Michigan. When you give, you’re not funding an idea. You’re putting a real person in a family’s corner at the exact moment they need one. Help a young person continue forward.
