Your gift keeps movement within reach. When you donate, you help cover fitness classes, equipment, and scholarships for disabled veterans, people living with Parkinson’s, and adults over 60 facing financial hardship 🧡. Every dollar supports accessible fitness through our partner studio, Shake It With Stesha Fitness Studio. Together, we’re building welcoming classes where everyone can show up, move, and feel strong—without worrying about the cost 💪.
