Charity Storage is launching a $10,000 matching gift campaign at Modern Storage Media’s THE Show, November 4–6 in Atlanta. Founder Lance Watkins, CEO of Tenant, Inc. and a founder and board member of Storelocal, has committed $10,000 directly and pledged an additional $10,000 to match donations dollar for dollar. Donations made through December 31, 2026 will be matched, up to $10,000. Visit us at Booth 501A to learn more and join the baseball-themed cornhole challenge. Charity Storage is an independent 501(c)3 national self storage industry nonprofit that partners with local storage facilities to raise funds to support charities throughout the United States. Donated and abandoned items are placed into a vacant unit, and the contents are auctioned off onsite or online to benefit their charity. Each auction supports three causes. 60% goes to a charity chosen by the participating facility, 20% benefits Kure It Cancer Research, and 10% supports the Self Storage Association Foundation (SSAF) Scholarship Program. The remaining 10% funds Charity Storage’s operations. Thank you for supporting our mission!
